CAN'T STOP WON'T STOP!

     My name is Gayle Smith and I am a fitness instructor and personal trainer who has worked in the fitness industry for the past 26 years showing extreme passion to teach all types of fitness levels and cultures.  I was drawn to fitness since she was a little girl who was over weight herself and teased in school.  My mother kept me very active in all types of sports from soccer, baseball, swimming, tennis and gymnastics.  At the age of 13, I started as volunteer gymnastics coach at the Cambridge YMCA and since then has put my focus into teaching others fitness and health.  By the age of 19, I understood the importance of fitness and started teaching fitness at various fitness clubs in Southern Ontario like LA FITNESS, GOOD LIFE, PREMIER FITNESS to name a few.  At the age of 40 after my third child, I decided to compete in my first bikini bodybuilding competition where my start weight was 210 lbs and lost a total of 67 lbs.  I am also a nurse who is highly experienced in health and fitness assessments where I use my knowledge of health and wellness with my clients
