I love battle ropes! Since I don???t have a lot of time to get my own workouts in, I use battle ropes for 10-15 minutes at least twice a week to give my body a extreme challenge and also use it to train my own clients. Battle ropes are a perfect fitness tool to tone your arms, abs and back in a short period of time which becomes a great fat burning exercise. It???s a effective HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) workout and can be used by all fitness levels. Battle ropes are very effective in women fitness training as you can incorporate booty builder movements, such as jumps, lunges, and squats which will give you new and challenging ways to shape your legs. I would like to take the time to talk about one of my clients that makes me proud every time I see her.  The first time she went to my bootcamp I saw the determination that she wanted to do her best.  Every move I told her to do she did it.  She had to sit out on some stuff, but she got back up again and tried her best.  I love that about her.  Did she come back for more boot camps?  Oh yeah!!!  She not only came back, but she looks stronger than ever.  I give her the G Force star!!!!!  This type of star means determination, can't stop, won't stop vibe, and always thinks positive.  Congrats Samantha Rocha.
